SUMMER OPERATIONS START MAY 23

It's hard to believe how quick we went from closing down from the winter season and getting ready to open for summer, but it all starts tomorrow. The Scenic Skyride will be operating daily, from 10 am to 4 pm until Labor Day. Then operations are Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays until mid-October. The Peak Side Cafe will be open serving a great sit down lunch. There is still snow at the top of the Skyride, but it won't last too long. We actually received about 3 inches of new snow at the top on Wednesday.

On Fridays - Sundays and Holidays, there will be Interpretive Rangers at the top of the Skyride to answer questions about the geology and history of the area. This is in thanks to a partnership with the U.S. Forest Service, National Park Service and Snowbowl.

The disc golf course is now open, but hole #2 is still closed because of muddy conditions there. But we should have it open in the next week or so. We have many hiking trails that start from the resort; from the Humphreys Peak Trail to the Kachina Peaks Trail and many others.

There are many things to do in the summer at Snowbowl. Plan a few hours or an entire day and enjoy the Coconino National Forest and the Arizona Snowbowl.
